All sales are final. Exceptions only in the case of a seller error or defective product. Refunds via store credit or product exchange only per the sellers discretion. All requests must be made within 3 calendar days of receipt per provided USPS tracking information.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at glittersparklestudio@hotmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package has been handed over to USPS.
