Shipping policy

Most Ready-to-ship orders are shipped 2-3 business days after payment has been received.

First Class Mail is uninsured unless insurance is purchased separately. Domestic Priority packages and International Priority packages include insurance.

Not responsible for packages lost, damaged or stolen once the package has been handed over to USPS.

Customs, duties and import costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

*Hours of operation at Glitter Sparkle Studio are Monday-Friday 10am-7pm PST. Orders are processed 1-2  business day after purchase. Please see announcements for any processing delays due to holidays or shop closure.
